Overview
As your testimonial library grows, StweetHQ provides tools to keep everything structured and accessible. Use tags, collections, and smart filters to quickly find the testimonials that matter most for any given campaign or page.
Tags and Collections
Assign tags to testimonials based on product, use case, customer segment, or any custom category you define. Group related testimonials into collections for easy reference. Collections can be used directly when configuring widgets or building your Wall of Love.
Approval Workflows
New testimonials enter a review queue by default. Team members with the appropriate permissions can approve, reject, or request edits before a testimonial goes live. You can also configure auto-approval rules for trusted sources to streamline the process.
Search and Filtering
Use the search bar and advanced filters to find testimonials by keyword, tag, rating, date, or customer name. Saved filters let you quickly return to frequently used views without reconfiguring each time.
